I combine shipping (domestic) - listed s/h for first item (see the listing) + $1 FOR EACH additional items/lots regardless of number of lots you buy. So for example - if listed s/h is $3, and you buy 2 more lots (3 total), it'll be $5 total combined shipping. Any more lots will likely get further discount (see below). PLEASE READ: When people buy 10-20 lots, their S/H is usually between $8-$11 as I discount further to reflect total cost and insurance.
