The book measures approximately 11 x 9 tall. This book is in city historical archives, I found one record of a copy being sold in 2021 for $350 without the cover boards. For its age this one is in great condition - spine somewhat loose, but the images look amazing and this one has its cover. 45+ Images. Showed some in the photos here - many other great images.
