If the buyer feels that any coin purchased does not meet the buyer’s own criteria, the buyer is then obligated to request a return of the coin within the parameters of the 30-calendar day period if the buyer wishes to return the coin for a full refund. IMPORTANT: Please note, due to the 30-day limitations of the eBay buyer and seller protections provided by eBay rules, we do not accept any return after 30 calender days from the date delivered according to the tracking data provided with shipping. OUR GRADED COIN POLICY: We guarantee that any coin listed that has been graded accordingly to the grade that appears on the holder by the third party company that has encapsulated it. We cannot guarantee any graded coin that has been resubmitted to the same company, or as a crossover to another company, that has resulted in a different condition or grade, or that has been encapsulated in a different holder than as sold. GOLD COINS POLICY: Due to any market fluctuations, any gold coins listed for sale will be noted with the gold content weight noted in the listing. If a buyer wishes to return a gold coin, the buyer will receive a refund of the full purchase price if the price of gold is the same or higher on the day the coin is received back determined by the return tracking. Should the value of gold be less on the day of return, again determined by the return tracking, the buyer will receive a refund equal to the gold content value at the time of receiving the return measured against the gold content value at the time of sale and adjusted from the original price listed and sold. Example: If a gold coin is purchased for $1,000, with a gold content value of $300 on the day sold, the buyer would then be refunded either the original $1000 purchase price if gold is higher on the day of return, or $900 if the coin’s gold content value has dropped by $100 due to a market fluctuation. All gold coins will be listed with weight and percentage of gold content. RETURN POLICY: All returns must be requested within the 30-calendar days measured from the day of delivery as determined by the tracking included in the shipping, and must be in the same original holder as when sold. Please understand that there will be no exceptions to these policies.
