Description: This Victorian Christmas greeting card dates, I think to the second half of the 1800s. It has an artist drawn image on the front of children lowering a small cat in a basket. No artist credited. The publisher is not credited. Ink greeting on reverse. The card measures 8.5cm x 12.5cm and is a single layer. No envelope. The card is in a good condition. General edge and corner rubs, blunting at bottom right hand corner, light crease at right hand side of card, some roughness at bottom edge, the odd tiny mark and rub to card, very light grubbiness and browning to borders with the odd tiny mark, light browning, some light marks and some tiny marks to reverse, the odd tiny bump and surface paper chip to edges.
