Description: Very large book of Common Prayer measuring approx 43x 29 x 4cms and weighs in at over 4.5kgs . Bound in full leather with 5 raised bands to the spine .Titled to the spine " Common Prayer " and stamped to the front board in worn gilt lettering " Church Wardens of St Leonard 1864 " The edges of the leather boards are rubbed and worn along with the edges of the spine , the board corners are bumped and there are some marks to the boards .Coloured end papers are clean , white free endpapers are dustmarked .Prayer pages are lightly marked and are without writings and are mildly toning towards the edge of the margins . Gilt page edges are a little dulled and dust marked .
