There are no tears, no cracking and no loose stitching. We do see some light seat seam wear. Outer pads are nice and soft and your knees will sink into them. Leather is nice and soft and you can just about roll the flaps. Front blocks and back blocks under the flaps. This has a very RARE wide A01 tree.
