Description: 100% Pure Maple Syrup Our maple syrup is made on premises with our own sugar maples and red maples to create our own uniquely delicious flavor of Maple Syrup. The sap flows from the trees to our sugar-house. Maple Syrup a delicious treat can be used in hot tea, coffee, on top of your ice cream, in recipes or just on your pancakes and waffles. We use a meter to grade our syrup it tells us if it is Amber Rich (Lighter with a rich taste) Dark Robust (Little Darker with a robust taste) Very Dark (Very Dark with a strong taste) After opening Maple Syrup it should be refrigerated. You can also freeze your syrup to extend its shelf life for an indefinite time. Unopened maple syrup can last for an indefinite time when stored in your fridge. If stored at room temperature, an unopened container of maple syrup can also last for an indefinite time, as long it’s: In a cool, dry place, Tightly covered at all times, In packaging that remains undamaged With half gallon orders of Very Dark depending on what is in stock you will receive either a half gallon jug or 2 Quarts. With Gallon orders depending on what is in stock you will either receive 1 gallon jug or 2 half gallon jugs (same amount of syrup) also possible that it will be in a different jug than what is pictured. There is different designs on the jugs due to supply shortages therefore depending on what I have bottled you may receive a different jug than what is pictured.
