The Ends of the rolls from the sealed box were all appeared to be uncirculated and a couple sample rolls were opened to verify the box was pure and they were. However, it is always possible that a few loose stragglers ie. non-2023-P Dimes could be found as the rolls are sealed and actual contents unknown. Also, I do not have superpowers to see what is in side but, that would be cool right!End of the rolls may have a "Hallo" engraving/gouge from crimping machine. This is very common during the rolling process as the roll are wrap sometimes by inexperienced workers.
