Lot Oct- 1/4 c. These shells are larger than than micro/mini shell lots I usually sell, but some are still pretty small. I try to include only unbroken shells unless they are the pretty "skeletons" that I like. This lot has pretty shells that I mostly can't identify. The sunrise tellin and other clam resting on the quarter have two pieces each that are currently together. There are pink trivias and reddish limpets, black and white nerites and a melapus. There are deer cowries and a number of what I now realize might be what grows up to be a deer cowrie: skinny tan shell with two whitish stripes. There's a limpet with a gorgeous green underside, some glossy olives, a sea urchin spine and more. Please ask any questions before buying as all sales are final.
